The Hotel Kiwi is located in the traditional village of Nea Fokea, an area of outstanding natural beauty with isolated bays, beautiful beaches and a picturesque fishing harbor.

Our hotel, which was built in 2005 with a lot of love and care can offer you and your family a relaxing summer or winter holiday.

The village of Nea Fokea stands 75Km's from Thessaloniki on the north west peninsula of Kassandra. The popular village of Afitos is just 5.5km's away, while the 'nightlife capital' of Kallithea is a further 3km's down the road.

All of the hotel rooms have a sea view, we also have swimming pool or if you prefer, the beach is just 30 meters away. The village of Nea Fokea is a mere 200 meters walk where you can everything you might need. Within the village you will find a wide variety of restaurants with fresh seafood, takeaway or pizza. There are also bakeries, supermarkets and beach bars.

When the sun goes down, you'll find Nea Fokea has relaxing low key nightlife.

"Nea Fokea is an attraction for many tourists as the village offers a unique natural beauty."
Isolated small bays, beautiful beaches, clear sea and big pine-trees which almost reach the sea water. The inhabitants of the village are 1.500 but during the summer months this number increases to 10.000. The village is developed enough to offer its visitors luxurious hotels, camping site and entertainment. The traditional cafes and the famous sea-food tavernas with a view to the sea, can satisfy even the most demanding visitor. In addition to the beaches and the developed surrounding area, one can expect to find archaeological treasures: i.e. The Tower, a remarkably preserved old Venetian fortress which was built in 1407 and the holy-water source of Apostle Paul, a passage opened through the rock and ending into an underground chamber. These are two of the features composing the historical identity of the village.

Sightseeing
Apart from the Tower of St. Paul and St. Paul's holy water, that are mentioned before, are •Tower of Stavronikita: This is on the coast of the Thermaic Gulf on a small peninsula, in the area of the Sani tourist complex. The part that is preserved is about 8 m high Its purpose was to protect the "metochi" of the Mt.Athos monastery of Stavronikita, which was founded in 1453. •Roman farmhouse in Megali Kipsa (Sani Camping Site): In 1972 to 1974 part of a farmhouse dating from Roman times became known during excavations at the beach of Megali Kipsa, on the coast of the Sani Camping Site. Many architectural fragments were found as well as parts of mosaic floors.

  • Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est situé à 2 pas de la plage, il y a également une piscine extérieure l’entrée est de 3€/personne. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Agréable balcon. Petite kitchenette avec vaisselle. L’hôtel est situé à proximité des restaurants, cafés et supermarchés. Je recommande !!

    Εχοντας επισκεφθει την χαλκιδικη δευτερη φορα αποφασισα να κλεισω ενα δωματιο στο kiwi apartments. Μιλησα με την ιδιοκτήτρια στο τηλεφωνο και εκλεισα ενα δωματιο. Η κυρια με ενημερωσε οτι θα ηταν ενα απλο δωματιο χωρις τηλεοραση και με αιρκοντισιον. Οταν εφτασα στο διαμερισμα τελικα διαπιστωσα οτι ηταν δωματιο τυπου hostel και ηταν πανω σε μια σοφιτα μαζι με αλλα 3 δωματια πολυ μικρα σε μεγεθος και ισα ισα χωρουσες. Φως δεν υπηρχε, τα μπανια ηταν κοινοχρηστα και το αιρκοντισιον ηταν εξω απο το δωματιο. Η ιδιοκτητρια μου ειχε δωσει ελλειπης πληροφοριες και ειχε πολυ υφακι. Οντας ενας ανθρωπος που έχει εργαστει σε ξενοδοχεια πραγματικα δεν προτεινω το ξενοδοχειο αυτο αλλα και τα kiwi apartments σε κανεναν. Υπαρχουν πολλα αλλα airbnb και ξενοδοχεια πολυ καλυτερα και πολυ φθηνοτερα απο αυτο. Update 02/08/2023 : Ελαβα κληση απο τον ιδιοκτητη του ξενοδοχειου ωρα 11.20. Ο κυριος με πολυ υφακι και στο οριο της αγενειας μου ειπε να κατεβασω τις κριτικες απο το google καθως το δωματιο που εμεινα δεν ανηκε στο kiwi hotel αλλα στο kiwi apartments. Τον ρωτησα ευγενικα αν υπαρχει καπου στο google να αφησω κριτικη για το kiwi apartments και μου ειπε σχεδον φωναζοντας οχι δεν υπαρχει. Του ειπα τοτε οτι οι κριτικες μου θα μεινουν ανεβασμενες και δεν θα κατεβουν απο το σαιτ και μου ειπε στο τελος οτι θα κινηθει νομικα. Να προσθεσω επισης μου ζητησαν ολα τα λεφτα για τη διαμονη αμεσως με το που εφτασα στο δωματιο ,λεγοντας μου οτι πρεπει να τα δωσω ολα την πρωτη μερα της διαμονης μου.
