Hotel Kiwi stands on the north-west peninsula of Kassandra, 75km from Thessaloniki. The popular village of Afitos is a short 5.5km away, and Kallithea — Kassandra's livelier nightlife hub — a little further down the coast road.
Every one of our rooms looks out to sea. There's a pool if you'd rather not cross the road to the beach, and the village itself — restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, beach bars — is a flat 200-metre walk. Nea Fokea keeps around 1,500 residents year-round; that swells to roughly 10,000 in summer, without ever feeling crowded.
When the sun goes down, the village settles into a relaxed, low-key evening rhythm — tavernas by the harbour, not a nightclub in sight.

Eighteen years running this has been our summer destination — we're never bored of it. Large, clean rooms with a well-equipped little kitchenette, and a big yard out back for barbecues. Cross the street and you're on the beach.
